MASLOW Academy is a training and coaching space designed and led by Adeline Cubères, an entrepreneur and professional in the art world for over ten years. The Academy draws inspiration from Maslow’s famous hierarchy of needs to offer a holistic approach to artistic development, both internal and strategic.
Here, it’s not just about visibility, sales, or communication.
It’s about grounding, clarity, and creative momentum, working on both structure (strategy, offerings, positioning, organization) and substance (artistic identity, confidence, vision, soft skills, and relationship to oneself and the world). Each artist is invited to build their own pyramid:
– Strengthen the foundations: from stance and legitimacy to project coherence
– Learn to shine without burning out: self-promotion, building a support network, using methods, best practices, and tools
– Find a sustainable growth model: aligned with a solid sales ecosystem and offerings
– Master time and energy management for effective organization
– Overcome blocks to rise
MASLOW Academy is also a community of French-speaking artists from all over France, as well as Switzerland, Belgium, and Spain. They move forward together, share experiences, support each other, and celebrate successes. A space where it is finally safe to say: “I am an artist, and I make it my life.”
Several in-person events are organized, and workshops financed by AFDAS, like the training, are scheduled for 2026.

Association 4 couleurs
The Quatre Couleurs association has been building bridges between art, fashion and craft for 15 years.
The aim of the association is to bring together qualified people with a wide range of skills to work on cultural productions.

With the aim of protecting and safeguarding the natural and oral heritage, taking part in educational initiatives on diversity, collecting and preserving documents, objects and know-how to promote cultural identities throughout the world.
To ensure the mutual dissemination of the results of collective and individual work.
To carry out research and make contributions that help to promote diversity. To encourage the development of knowledge, beyond the limits imposed by prejudice, by promoting structural, dynamic, relational and critical thinking through the arts.
galerie diane de polignac
Founded in 2009 by Diane de Polignac at 16 rue de Lille in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, the gallery moved to 2bis rue de Gribeauval in 2016.
Mathilde Gubanski, who joined the team in 2012, is now the gallery’s director.

Galerie Diane de Polignac represents a dozen Estates: Huguette Arthur Bertrand, Albert Bitran, Inès Blumencweig, Sergio de Castro, Pierre Fichet, Loïs Frederick, Robert Helman, Roberto Matta, Jean Miotte, Marie Raymond and Gérard Schneider.
Thanks to these partnerships, the Galerie contributes to the promotion of artists through exhibitions, publications and documentaries.
